We are Yenze
Yenze is a young company but the consultants have 25+ years experience in business IT-projecten. We are happy to use our knowledge and experience to support your digital transformation. But are also available to contribute to your digitization or digitalization initiatives.Our focus is the Infor M3 suite. But we are also happy to provide services as business IT project & program management, IT strategy development, enterprise architecture and related transition planning.
Do we know it all?
No absolutely not! We all know that the trick in consultancy is often applying well-trained models and methodologies in a repetative manner. That is great, often works well, is effective and gives efficiency. But at Yenze we are also creative and think out-side-the-box.Nowadays developments are many and go fast. Continous stream of extensions and improvements in Cloud applications. Evolving programming languages etc. But we promise what we do not know today, we will know tomorrow in case relevant for our project or assignment. We believe we have to - to stay relevant!
And we at Yenze want also be part of new and exciting things. Learn together; be innovative. Do a true value-added NextGen digital transformation. We are happy to invest in that. Be first one, and better, together!
The name and slogan
The name Yenze reflects our approach: creative and get it done. Yenze is a word in Xhosa. Xhosa is one of the official languages in South-Africa.
Using a foreign language in the company name is representing the global experience of the Yenze team. Lived with a lot of pleasure in South-Africa to do projects in Africa. But we also have experiences in the Americas and across Europe.
Xhosa is according to ChatGPT 11th most concise language in the world. That is also Yenze effective and efficient. Eventhough we use sometimes quite a few words to explain matters in detail.
-a few clicks away from the start of your digital transformation- Xhosa is a click language and in a few clicks you can contact us to get your digital transformation project started. Maybe a bit far fetched but we learned a thing of two about Africa(n languages). Hope you too now. Cool isn't it?!

Solution Architect
Support in defining a high-level solution as part of the digital transformation strategy and transition plan.
Define, design and document a solution based on Infor suite/M3.
Support in ERP selection process. Validating if M3 is right choice.
Business Process
Business Processes (Re)engineering and change management for (future) implemtation of an ERP.
Implementation consultant in all M3 domains procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and finance(basics only). For make industry (food & bevrage, FMCG) and distribution.
Integrations
Define, design, build and implement integrations with M3 using iPaaS Infor OS and/or M3 eCollaborator.
Define and implement integrations using a 3rd party iPaas/middleware like BizzTalk, logic/functional apps on Azure, Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft or Tibco
Testing
Unit, smoke, functional and regression testing of new features.
Support with end-to-end acceptance and performance testing for new or updated solutions.
Developing a test strategy or plan
Tools & add-ons
Designing & developing tools, add-ons and extensions to M3.
Using Infor tooling or C#/SQL onPrem or Azure.
As temporarily, transitioon support or as efficiency app.
Project Management
Managing ERP or IT projects in a traditional way, agile or hybrid. Acting as PMO in developing, managing and administrating a digital transformation program.
Support & admin
Providing M3 support and/or (techinical) application administration as a service. Dealing with Infor support on your company's behalf. For an agreed period or as zero-hours contract.
Training
Train (key) users in M3 and related products. Write job instructions and develop training materials.
Translating your training materials or job instruction into Dutch, English or Spanish.
Master Data
Providing services for (ERP) master data conversion, defining master data or establishing master data processen. Design data model and set up reporting.
